About
The shape of my work
Where policy research, geopolitical writing, and operations leadership meet.
I am an International Relations graduate from the International Islamic University Islamabad, where I finished with a CGPA of 3.95. My work sits at the crossroads of policy research, geopolitical analysis, and written advocacy. Over the past year I have been a Research Fellow at the Kashmir Institute of International Relations, where I research the Kashmir dispute, South Asian security dynamics, and major power competition in the region, and turn that research into published work that reaches real audiences.
I have authored twenty-four policy articles and opinion editorials published across Pakistani and regional outlets. The topics I write about are ones I genuinely care about: water rights, demographic change, the use of law as a tool of control, Islamophobia as state policy, and what it actually means to live under a conflict that the world largely treats as background noise. More recently, my writing has also covered Pakistan's own climate governance, including how federal and provincial institutions handle adaptation finance.
Alongside research, I have spent two years at SkilledForce. I joined in October 2024 and was promoted to Head of Client Success & Operations in October 2026. I now lead the Customer Success Managers and the HR function, track the performance of a portfolio of more than 20 clients, and report to the CEO. The team I oversee includes more than 20 Virtual Assistants, content writers, and resume writers. In my earlier role as HR & Payroll Manager, I standardized 15+ SOPs and cut administrative time by 25%. Research and operations ask different things of me, but the underlying work is the same: understand how a complex system fits together, find where it breaks, and explain it clearly.
